HDF School of Management announces Faculty and Associate Positions
A group of highly qualified professionals with rich experience in academics and industry have set up the Human Development Foundation (HDF) by bringing together like-minded people to address the issues of under-development, primarily in the eastern and north-eastern parts of India, by undertaking academic activities and evidence-based advocacy. HDF School of Management, the first school of the Foundation has consciously taken the bold decision of striving towards building ethical governance system that promotes academic excellence, high level of transparency and accountability. The School offers Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with approval from AICTE and related programs from July 2008. We invite application from Scholars to participate in the process of building an institution that is faculty-driven. Positions are open at all levels, i.e. Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Academic Associate, in the following areas.

All Faculty and Academic Associate of the School will be paid Dearness Pay (DP) and Dearness Allowance (DA). The present rate for DP is 50% of basic and that of DA is 30% of (Basic plus DP). Faculty members and Academic Associate are entitled for revenue sharing from consultancy, training and guest lectures. All faculty members and Academic Associate have the privilege of leased accommodation, provident fund, gratuity, medical insurance, conveyance and other benefits as per HDF rules. Every faculty member is expected to have a portfolio of activities comprising teaching, training, research, consulting and academic administration.
